relating to environment; transferring money to closed landfill investment fund.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin CLOSED LANDFILL INVESTMENT FUND REPAYMENT.

By June 30, 2022, the commissioner of management and budget must transfer
$43,619,000 from the general fund to the closed landfill investment fund to compensate the
fund for the fiscal year 2016, 2017, and 2018 repayments that were repealed in Laws 2015,
First Special Session chapter 4, article 3, section 12.
