relating to higher education; appropriating money to the Board of Trustees of the
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to fund cyber security programs at
Metropolitan State University.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CYBER SECURITY PROGRAMS; METROPOLITAN STATE
UNIVERSITY.

new text begin $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the Board of
Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for purposes of funding cyber
security programs at Metropolitan State University.
