program.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$10,000,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of housing finance for the workforce housing development program under Minnesota
Statutes, section 462A.39. This amount is added to the base.
