BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin EAST PHILLIPS NEIGHBORHOOD INSTITUTE; APPROPRIATION.

$20,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to East Phillips Neighborhood Institute
for the planning, preservation, renovation, predevelopment, and development of the East
Phillips Indoor Urban Farm. This is a onetime appropriation.
