relating to employment; delaying the effective date for rules relating to extended
employment.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin EXTENDED EMPLOYMENT RULEMAKING DELAY.

new text begin The commissioner of employment and economic development must not implement any
proposed changes to the state administrative rules that govern the extended employment
program in Minnesota Rules, parts 3300.2005 to 3300.2055, until July 1, 2019, or until the
rule is approved by law, whichever is later.
