BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; TRIBAL GRANT.

new text begin (a) $750,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2020 from the general fund to the commissioner
of revenue for a grant that shall be paid by October 1, 2020, to the White Earth Band of
Ojibwe to reimburse the tribe for human services transfer start-up costs.
