A bill for an act
 relating to highways; designating Curt Eastlund Memorial Bridge; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 161.14, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

new text begin The Soo Line Trail overpass over
marked Trunk Highway 169 in Onamia is named and designated the Curt Eastlund
Memorial Bridge. The commissioner of transportation shall design and erect appropriate
signs to mark this bridge, subject to section 161.139.
