  1.4             amending Laws 1998, chapter 404, section 5, 
  1.5             subdivision 11, as amended. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Laws 1998, chapter 404, section 5, subdivision 
  1.8   11, as amended by Laws 1999, chapter 26, section 1, is amended 
  1.9   to read: 
  1.10  Subd. 11.  McLeod West               
  1.11              School District No. 2887                    500,000
  1.12  For a grant to the McLeod West school 
  1.13  district No. 2887, to design and 
  1.14  acquire land for a new remodel a 
  1.15  prekindergarten through grade 7 through 
  1.16  12 educational facility.  
  1.17     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.18     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
