certain provisions in contracts; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes,
chapter 62Q.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin A health plan company shall not include as part of its contract with a health care provider
a requirement excluding any other health care provider from contracting with the health
plan company or from contracting to be part of the network of providers for a health plan.
