relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant to Advocating
Change Together.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin ADVOCATING CHANGE TOGETHER; APPROPRIATION.

$50,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the workforce development fund to the
commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Advocating Change
Together to address barriers to employment for people with disabilities and provide skills
training. This appropriation is available until June 30, 2021. The base level funding for this
program shall be $50,000.
