relating to capital investment; appropriating money for Minneapolis Sculpture
Garden renovation expenses; authorizing the issuance of state bonds.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MINNEAPOLIS SCULPTURE GARDEN; MINNEAPOLIS.

new text begin $500,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2017 from the general fund to the
Metropolitan Council for a grant to the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board for
noncapital expenses relating to the renovation of the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. This
appropriation is available until June 30, 2019.
