 relating to natural resources; appropriating money for reimbursement related to
sites for dredge spoil on the Minnesota River.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; REIMBURSING LOWER MINNESOTA RIVER
WATERSHED DISTRICT.

new text begin $111,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the Board of Water
and Soil Resources for a grant to the Lower Minnesota River Watershed District to reimburse
the district for money the district owed the city of Chaska to stabilize the Seminary Fen.
