BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$8,919,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for the development of an electronic health record system for the direct
care and treatment programs within the Department of Human Services. The general fund
base for this appropriation is $7,685,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $0 in fiscal year 2025.
