A bill for an act
 relating to public safety; authorizing compensation for members of Firefighter
Training and Education Board; amending Minnesota Statutes 2006, section
299N.02, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 299N.02, subdivision 2, is amended to
read:


Subd. 2.

Terms; chair; compensation.

Members of the board shall serve for terms
of four years and annually elect a chair from among the members. Termsnew text begin , compensation,new text end
