A bill for an act
relating to environment; providing that certain authority of the Department of
Natural Resources related to holders of mining leases expires; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2019 Supplement, section 93.171, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2019 Supplement, section 93.171, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:
