A bill for an act
relating to state government; appropriating money for outreach and education to
small businesses on removal of architectural barriers that limit public access.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin OUTREACH AND EDUCATION APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Department of Labor and Industry to provide outreach and education to small
businesses concerning requirements under state or federal law governing removal
of architectural barriers that limit access to public accommodations by persons with
disabilities and resources that are available to comply with those requirements.
