BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.79 and 123B.80, as of June 30,
2006, Independent School District No. 601, Fosston, may permanently transfer up to
$80,000 from its reserved for disabled accessibility account to its unrestricted general fund
account without making a levy reduction.
