BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$300,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of agriculture to award farmer-to-farmer soil health education grants via the agricultural
growth, research, and innovation program under Minnesota Statutes, section 41A.12. This
is a onetime appropriation.
