BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin SCHOOL FACILITIES LEVY; HOPKINS SCHOOL DISTRICT.

new text begin In addition to its other school property tax levies, Independent School District No. 270,
Hopkins, may annually levy on net tax capacity an amount equal to $431,000. The authority
under this section expires after taxes payable in 2028.
