relating to judiciary; appropriating money for the Board on Judicial Standards.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; BOARD ON JUDICIAL STANDARDS.

$75,000 is appropriated from the general fund in each of the fiscal years ending June
30, 2006, and June 30, 2007, to the Board on Judicial Standards. This appropriation is in
addition to the money appropriated in Laws 2005, chapter 136, article 1 section 7, and
shall be applied to the base. The appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006,
does not cancel but is available for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007.
