A bill for an act
 relating to occupations; reestablishing the boxing commission; appropriating
money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin REENACTMENT.

new text begin Minnesota Statutes 2000, chapter 341, relating to the Board of Boxing, is reenacted
effective August 1, 2006. The revisor of statutes shall publish the text from Minnesota
Statutes 2000, chapter 341, in Minnesota Statutes 2006.

Sec. 2. new text begin RULES.

new text begin Minnesota rules in existence on June 30, 2001, are readopted without further
administrative action. The revisor shall publish the rules text in the next edition of
Minnesota Rules.
