A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money for capital improvements at
an ice arena in the city of Anoka.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$487,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the Amateur Sports
Commission for a grant to the Anoka Area Ice Arena Association to make capital
improvements at the ice arena in the city of Anoka. This appropriation is onetime and is
available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section
16A.642.
