A bill for an act
 relating to commerce; exempting health savings accounts from attachment
by creditors; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 550.37, by adding a
subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 550.37, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

new text begin The trust assets in a health savings account as
defined under United States Code, title 26, section 223, paragraph (d).
