  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [EXCESS COST AID ADJUSTMENT; CAMBRIDGE-ISANTI.] 
  1.7      For fiscal year 2002 only, the commissioner of children, 
  1.8   families, and learning must make a positive adjustment of 
  1.9   $....... to the special education excess cost aid payment to 
  1.10  independent school district No. 911, Cambridge-Isanti.  
  1.11     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.12  following final enactment.
