relating to natural resources; appropriating money for off-highway vehicle trails.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; PROSPECTORS LOOP TRAIL SYSTEM.

new text begin $300,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated to the commissioner of natural resources
for a grant to Lake County to match other funding sources to develop the Prospectors Loop
trail system. Of this amount, $270,000 is from the all-terrain vehicle account in the natural
resources fund, $15,000 is from the off-highway motorcycle account in the natural resources
fund, and $15,000 is from the off-road vehicle account in the natural resources fund.
