relating to veterans; modifying admission requirements for Minnesota veterans
homes; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 198.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[198.025] VETERANS HOME; ADMISSION PRIORITY.

The commissioner shall give priority to veterans under section 198.01 who apply for
admission or are on a waiting list for admission to one of the Minnesota veterans homes
over eligible nonveterans under section 198.022.
