A bill for an act
relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for Minnesota Urban
Debate League.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA URBAN DEBATE LEAGUE.

$250,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Humanities Center
for a grant to the Minnesota Urban Debate League to expand the Minnesota Urban Debate
League program to serve additional school districts throughout Minnesota.
