  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the department of children, families, and 
  1.9   learning to reimburse school districts for all costs incurred in 
  1.10  the 1998-1999 school year as a result of three additional days 
  1.11  of student instruction in that year under Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.12  section 120.1015.
