BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin GROUNDWATER STORAGE AND RECOVERY; APPROPRIATION.

$250,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources to complete a centralized aquifer-property database to provide needed
data for site characterization.
