BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; DIGITAL CONVERSION.

$1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
administration for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008. This appropriation must be used
for grants to Minnesota Public Radio to assist with conversion to a digital broadcast signal.
