A bill for an act
 relating to agriculture; modifying the expiration date for the Minnesota
Agriculture Education Leadership Council; amending Minnesota Statutes 2006,
section 41D.01, subdivision 4.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 41D.01, subdivision 4, is amended to read:


Subd. 4.

Expiration.

This section expires on June 30, deleted text begin 2008deleted text end new text begin 2013new text end .
