wastewater treatment program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WASTEWATER TREATMENT.

new text begin $....... is appropriated for fiscal year 2008 from the general fund to the Public
Facilities Authority for the small community wastewater treatment program under
Minnesota Statutes, chapter 446. This amount is in addition to amounts appropriated
for this purpose by Laws 2007, chapter 135, article 1, section 3, subdivision 2. Any
unexpended amounts are available for fiscal year 2009.
