A bill for an act
relating to housing; exempting prevailing wage requirements; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2016, section 462A.04, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 462A.04, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary,
section 116J.871 does not apply to a project receiving financial assistance from the agency.
