  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; authorizing state bonds; 
  1.3             appropriating money to complete the Forest Highway 11 
  1.4             project within Lake county. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FOREST HIGHWAY 11 PROJECT, LAKE COUNTY.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] $1,800,000 is appropriated 
  1.8   from the transportation fund to the department of transportation 
  1.9   to match federal funds to complete the Forest Highway 11 project 
  1.10  within Lake county. 
  1.11     Subd. 2.  [BOND SALE.] To provide the money appropriated by 
  1.12  this section from the transportation fund, the commissioner of 
  1.13  finance, on request of the governor, shall sell and issue bonds 
  1.14  of the state in an amount up to $1,800,000 in the manner, on the 
  1.15  terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.16  sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, 
  1.17  article XI, sections 4 to 7. 
  1.18     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.19     Section 1 is effective the day after its final enactment.
