A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; authorizing spending to acquire and better public
land and buildings and other improvements of a capital nature; appropriating
money for the Chatfield Brass Band Library.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CHATFIELD BRASS BAND LIBRARY; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $815,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of employment
and economic development for a grant to the city of Chatfield to predesign, design,
construct, furnish, and equip a new building for the Chatfield Brass Band Library to be
located on the Potter Auditorium site in the city of Chatfield.
