BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; YOUTH INTERVENTION PROGRAMS.

$10,750,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for youth intervention programs under Minnesota Statutes, section 299A.73.
The base appropriation for this activity shall be $14,300,000 in each of fiscal years 2024
and 2025, and beyond.
