A bill for an act
 relating to energy; amending the definition of low-income household for purposes
of receiving energy conservation assistance; amending Minnesota Statutes 2022,
section 216B.2402, subdivision 16.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 216B.2402, subdivision 16, is amended to
read:


Subd. 16.

Low-income household.

"Low-income household" means a household whose

for a household to receive financial assistance from a federal, state, municipal, or utility
program administered or approved by the department.
