  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to taxation; authorizing an increased levy by 
  1.3             the Sauk River Watershed District. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [SAUK RIVER WATERSHED DISTRICT.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 103D.905, 
  1.7   subdivision 3, the Sauk River Watershed District may annually 
  1.8   levy up to 0.01 percent of taxable market value for its 
  1.9   administrative fund. 
  1.10     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective, without local 
  1.11  approval, beginning with the taxes levied in 2004, payable in 
  1.12  2005.
