relating to capital investment; appropriating money for expansion and renovation
of Norway House.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin NORWAY HOUSE; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to Norway House for construction
of the expansion and renovation of Norway House. This appropriation is a onetime and is
available until spent, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
