relating to agriculture finance; appropriating money for the best management
practices project at the University of Minnesota.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES PROJECT.

new text begin $300,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 from the general fund to the Board of
Regents of the University of Minnesota for the Center for Integrated Natural Resources
and Agricultural Management (CINRAM) to compile a science-based, voluntary, holistic,
and comprehensive portfolio of best management practices for nonwoody biomass.
