relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Madelia to issue an off-sale license.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin OFF-SALE LICENSE; CITY OF MADELIA.

new text begin Notwithstanding any law, ordinance, or charter provision to the contrary, the city of
Madelia may issue an off-sale license to the holder of a winery license, for off-sale of wine
produced by the winery. All other provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not
inconsistent with this section, apply to the license authorized under this section.
