relating to health; modifying the definition of palliative care; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2020, section 144A.75, subdivision 12.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 144A.75, subdivision 12, is amended to read:


Subd. 12.

Palliative care.

"Palliative care" means deleted text begin the total active care of patients whose
