relating to education; permitting Independent School District No. 777, Benson,
to start the school year before Labor Day.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin BENSON; SCHOOL START DATE BEFORE LABOR DAY.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 120A.40, for the 2015-2016 school
year only, Independent School District No. 777, Benson, may start the school year on the
Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday before Labor Day.
