  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; appropriating money for 
  1.3             independent school district No. 93, Carlton, to 
  1.4             develop a plan for buildings and services. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [CARLTON; GRANT.] 
  1.7      $10,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.9   learning for a grant to independent school district No. 93, 
  1.10  Carlton, to develop a plan to coordinate district buildings and 
  1.11  services.  The school district shall collaborate with the city 
  1.12  of Carlton and Carlton county in developing the plan.
