relating to environment; appropriating money for wastewater infrastructure in
Rosemount.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $800,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the ....... fund to the commissioner of
the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to the Metropolitan Council under Minnesota
Statutes, section 116.195, for wastewater infrastructure to support industrial users in
Rosemount that require significant water use. This is a onetime appropriation and is available
until June 30, 2021.
