  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [FUNDING RESTORED FOR CUTS TO PUBLIC SAFETY 
  1.9   SERVICES.] 
  1.10     Subdivision 1.  [TOTAL APPROPRIATION.] $....... is 
  1.11  appropriated in fiscal year 2005 from the general fund to the 
  1.12  commissioner of public safety as provided in subdivisions 2 to 5.
  1.13     Subd. 2.  [CRIME VICTIM SERVICES CENTER.] $....... is for 
  1.14  the Crime Victim Services Center. 
  1.15     Subd. 3.  [BUREAU OF CRIMINAL APPREHENSION.] $....... is 
  1.16  for the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
