 relating to community development; appropriating money for a grant to the
Community Stabilization Project.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin COMMUNITY STABILIZATION PROJECT; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $100,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Community Stabilization
Project to provide information on tenant rights and housing services to increase housing
stability. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2022.
