BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 120A.22, subdivision 1, is amended to read:


Subdivision 1.

Parental responsibility.

The parent of a child is primarily
responsible for assuring that the child acquires knowledge and skills that are essential for
