  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the Minnesota humanities commission; 
  1.3             appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $300,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1997 from the 
  1.7   general fund to the Minnesota humanities commission for moving 
  1.8   expenses and general operation and maintenance of the 
  1.9   commission's new building.  The money shall be paid in three 
  1.10  installments from July 1, 1996, to September 30, 1996.
