  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $9,520,000 is appropriated in fiscal year ending June 30, 
  1.7   2003, from the general fund to the commissioner of 
  1.8   transportation for a grant to Aitkin county to complete 
  1.9   construction of the Great River Road in Aitkin county.
